How do we quote and work?
We start with a walk-through. We check safety, find the water path and take moisture readings. Then we give you a written scope and quote before any work begins. If we find something new during the job, such as wet framing behind a wall, we explain it and talk to you before we change the plan.
We take photos and keep notes as we go. Those records are useful if you are filing a claim, and they show you what was done in your home. We cannot promise how an insurer will respond.
When you hire any contractor, ask to see their licence and proof of insurance. That is good advice for any trade, and we expect you to ask.
